Alloy refurbishment
Regardless of whether it's a Lamborghini or Renault, all factory alloys are spray-painted using the same materials and products that we use. This gives us the confidence that we are following all manufacturer techniques and steps, resulting in a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
THE PROCESS
Our alloy refurbishment process is thorough and meticulous. Here are the steps we take:

-
Technicians remove alloys and place car on axle stands using manufacturer's techniques
-
Alloys are cleaned and kerb damage is repaired without rebalancing
-
Alloys are sanded down and prepped for spraying, ensuring they're free from contaminants
-
Primer is applied in spray booth before basecoat, which comes in various colours
-
Final layer of lacquer is added for protection and shine, baked and cured using infrared lamps
-
Tyres are pumped up and alloys are fitted back onto the vehicle with correct torque
-
Manufacturer recommended and approved methods are followed at every step for the highest quality result
