PAY YOUR DEPOSIT

Once you have received a quote, the next step to confirm your booking is to place your deposit for £50 (non-refundable).

 

Please note that bookings can only be confirmed once the deposit is paid. Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.

 

By making your first payment you accept our Terms & Conditions:

 

If terms and conditions are not adhered to, the deposit will not be deducted from the final payment. Please find a list below of our terms and conditions:

 

1. Location must provide adequate parking.
2. Location must provide a minimum of two accessible electric plug sockets to connect our cables (maximum distance of 20 metres).

3. If the alloys or calipers have been previously refurbished or sprayed you must notify us as this can affect the quality of our work.
4. Customer is aware that if alloys are severely damaged then there is a small chance that alloys will not be 100% repairable and minor imperfections may remain.
5. Customer must provide accurate information when requested.
6. Customer must provide locking wheel nut key.
7. Alloy Refurbz Ltd will not be liable if wheel nuts are not removable.
8. The customer must arrive at the agreed time. If later than 30 minutes, then a call out fee will be charged.
9. Please ensure alloys are cleaned prior to us arriving (no tyre shine).
10. Calipers are dependent on weather conditions and can only be completed during dry weather
11. A non-refundable £50 deposit will be taken to confirm each booking.
12. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice must be given to cancel or rearrange a booking. 
13. If any corrosion is present, the wheel technician will do their up best to remove this, however the customer must be aware that imperfections may remain.
14. Due to the nature of London congestion, the customer must expect potential changes in booking times.
